Order Processing
Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped on the same business day.
Orders placed after 11:00 a.m., or during weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods; however, we strive to maintain efficiency at all times.
Shipping Method
We utilize UPS Ground as our primary shipping service.
Estimated delivery times range between 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping exclusively within the continental United States.
For inquiries regarding shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
We do not charge handling fees.
Address Accuracy & Liability
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Prime Bicycle Gear LLC is not liable for delays, lost packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Once an order is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for transit delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or logistical disruptions beyond our control.
