At Prime Bicycle Gear LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products, and if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
In its original packaging, with all accessories and tags (if applicable)
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, or returned without original packaging
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [primebicyclegear@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please ensure that all returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit. Products returned in poor condition due to improper packaging may be subject to restocking fees of 15% or more, depending on the state of the item upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable
You may opt for store credit instead of a refund, if preferred
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [primebicyclegear@gmail.coml]. Include a photo of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the situation. In such cases, return shipping is on us.
